When rainwater drains from the windshield, the leaves get stuck in the door jams in the front the rainwater can leak out, but the leaves pile up in the front space of the door jams. The rainwater flows down from the side of the windshield and the debris get stuck in the top of the front wheel and door jam. I find it very hard to try and vacuum out the door jam to get the leaves out of the bottom of the door jam is there a better way?

Pop off 3 of the push fasteners holding the front wheel well liner to the fender from the bottom. Pull it away some and debris will drop to the floor. If you turn the wheel for more room you may be able to get a vacuum in there too.

I bought a cheap pair of protectors off Amazon. They seem to work OK. Originally I felt like I might put a little heat gun to them to help flext them into shape because they were a little curved. Now that Fall is here and leaves are around I'm going to open up the wheel guards and confirm they're working. I know for a fact that they collect the leaves under the hood because I can reach there and remove all the leave caught, but still think it's worth it now to look into the wheel area to be sure. Anyway, here's the link for the cheap ones I bought: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FDFZLFGL?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

I'd say it's worth it for the price.
