I just pulled the trigger on an MRT Sport Touring (a mufflered version) for my 2025 the other day. Stock exit location, which is what I wanted for clearance reasons.

I thought about the side exit a bit, and I like the idea of less material/weight and shorter overall exhaust path, and maybe a bit more volume having it dump in front of the tire instead of at the rear.
But, I had concerns about the the clearance of the side exit (and the rear tip version too).
I'm in a Lobo (which is a bit lower already), and I do take my Lobo 'off pavement' on occasion, and do have to consider clearance in both the rear and sides..

Ideally I'd just have it turn down and dump after the muffler, in front of the axle, but maybe there isn't space for that.. But would save more material and weight if possible, and not need to route under the diff, so would actually increase clearance further.

Either way, I'm really excited to have a more enjoyable noise to listen to. Stock doesn't do it for me..and is quite pathetic. Unless you are WOT and can generate induction noise. :D

Blah blah, its a 4 cylinder, blah blah only V8s sound good...blah blah..
I believe all engine types can sound good, and I also understand some just personally prefer a specific sound, thats fine.

Coming from a FoST, I've grown to enjoy the DI Ecoboost sound.
Doesn't bother me if its in a pickup looking body.
