Are delivery estimates fairly accurate ?

Has everyone found their delivery date to be fairly accurate, early or late?
I’m expecting my Maverick any day. Each time I check on it, it’s a different day… sometimes later and sometimes earlier. I’m in WV and the trucks in OH as of Monday. I’m just like an excited kid at Christmas… it’s like watching Amazon tracking x 1000

How can you tell your truck is in Ohio?
I too am waiting, but the Ford Order Tracking site just tells me it hasn't been delivered yet, with an estimate of June 20-26.

I did the online chat… you can also call the 800 number and ask. They’ve been. Mines saying 20-26 too now!!!! That’s moved up from June 27-July 3. I just remember my dad was surprised when his came in 3-4 days ahead of schedule. We had pics of it at the dealer before it even showed delivered online. Ours could be any day now!!!

Mine was accurate,sat in rail yard a week before was unloaded then 2 days later was delivered to dealer in Minnesota.

Are you just using chat on fords regular website? I tried that and only got an AI bot

The dates appear to be all over the map. My delivery dates have been delayed by a couple of days on both ends of the delivery window. Now latest date is 7/6 for delivery per the dealer. The web site still says 7/5 at the moment and started off at 7/3 as the latest date for the delivery window. Seems like most of the most recent reports with people getting trucks they have been on time, or pretty close. At the moment they seem to be slipping my dates.

I watched my 2023 sit in San Diego for 2 months, Hermosillo to Honolulu. Dealer knows where it is, good luck getting them to tell you!

I’m also expecting mine as well. First estimate was 6-18-6/26. Then it was updated on 6/18 moving the date to expected delivery 6/20-6/28. I too feel like a kid at Christmas. Hahaha! I’m in Westchester County New York. I’ll try to use the chat feature to see exactly where my Lariat is currently.

I did the chat on the website and typed in “operator” to get a real person. Give that a shot. Worked for me like 10mins ago. I wanted to track mine as well.

When I was considering ordering one in 2024, the salesman said there are many things that can affect delivery dates. One that stood out was a search by drug-sniffing dogs at the border. If a sniffer dog registers a positive scent, the whole car or train may be unloaded and searched. That can add days to the delivery date
I am a few mile from the Ford automotive receiving train depot in Fostoria, Ohio. Your Mav may have shipped there.
That being said, I hope you get you new Mav soon, and in great condition.

Thanks a lot! WOW. That’s a scenario I would have never guessed! I did find out on the Ford chat that my ride is in convoy at the moment. My delivery date using the tracker tool says delivery to dealer is tomorrow. We shall see. Fingers, toes and eyes all crossed. LoL.
