These were easy to install. I’m not a huge fan of the metal clips. I had to go back and adjust some clips so my window wouldn’t hit going up.

I just installed these on my 2022 XLT. The process was not difficult (the video helps), but I ran into two things folks might want to be aware of.

First, when peeling the red cover tape off the adhesive strips it is easy to accidentally peal the gray adhesive strip itself off the plastic wind deflector. It takes very little force to do it, so you have to be careful.

Second, fitting the front deflectors into the channel is harder than it looked. After the front is fitted in, the deflector has to be bent quite a bit to get the back end into the channel. I was afraid I was going to break it, but it survived intact. A bit of warning on this would have helped.

They've only been on for an hour, but I like the look better than the alternatives I have seen. And the view of the mirrors from the driver's seat is unobstructed.
Thank you very much for your detailed installation steps and precautions!

Are these still available? All I see are the F-150 options.

Any chance at getting a discount link for us here in Canada? Looking at these and a few other options but I really like how these allow a better view of the mirrors then most. Would love to get a little discount since they're quite pricey for us Canadians! 🍁

That worked. Usually Amazon US won't ship to Canada and forced me to use Amazon.ca but this link allowed me to place my order. Thanks!
Okay.I'm glad it worked for you.

I wish I had known about this website to get the discount but I ordered before I took delivery of the truck. One of the first things I installed, that and your mudflaps.

The mudflaps were super easy, and the rain guards were a little finicky and I had to move the metal clips a couple times but in the end theyre great, the windows go up and down with no issue, doesnt block the mirrors and theyre very sleek looking.,

Getting ready to install these this weekend but had a question. I notice the metal clips have two dimples on one side. Does it matter what direction these are installed in? For example, should the dimples be facing outwards from the vehicle or inwards, or doesn't matter? I don't want to put them in the wrong way then have to try to get them back out of the channel in order to flip them the other way. Instructions are not clear on this part.

Our metal clip is shaped like a ladder, with a small head and a large head. By inserting the small part of the head, it can hold up. We have taken a close-up shot of how to install the metal clip on another car model based on the specific principle. You can view this screenshot specifically.

You can check the pics.We have intercepted in the post the issue of using clips and the orientation of the clips.
Use a pry bar to hold the middle part.

Thanks for the reply. So it looks like the dimples go against the rubber seal.

I have some concerns about the clips, and custom tinted windows.
What was involved in adjusting the clips? Jamming them in further/deeper into the channel?

It can also be 20% discounts.
