did they remove the vinyl graphics and then retain them for re-use? if so, I'm super curious how exactly that was done!

Oh no. I took them off. Definitely not reusable. The same shop will do them again, with more pink and reflective.

Be careful on the "reflective" parts.

There is a metallic Barbie Pink Tesla around here with mirror glitter in the paint. It's a rolling pink disco ball. Literally blinding in direct sun. Annoying to those behind it (on the sunny side of it) and probably it will get cited at some point. Totally obnoxious.

Phase 1 is complete. This is not the end. I have several shows lined up for June. Next month I will be returning her and they are going to make any needed adjustments and mold full fender replacements.

Enjoy! And yes she needs detailed. I just picked her up.

I admire your creativity and the truck is almost awesome. My only problem is that it reminds me of a first year production Toyota Tercel which I bought for $5300 in the 70's. I hit a turkey and later a deer. The result was a different colored hood and another color front panel. The old girl lasted 303,000 miles and I blew the engine because the temperature sensor went out and I had an unknown radiator leak. Actually I gave a big sigh of relief when it died! Ruined my image in my small town when I got a new vehicle..

Yes! That is a great start. The stance is perfection. Nailed the rear cutout for the tire view. Can't wait to see it all one color. Will definitely be the wildest Maverick out there.

The whole purpose of doing full fender replacements is so they can be utilized by all sorts of builds. I'd love to see a prerunner look with these.

I'm not sure what you mean about fender vent hole? There are no holes in this. And the fuel door is as is. Most widebody kits I've seen are this way so it doesn't interfere with stock functionality.

There won't be anything different other than it being full fender replacements (so the typical fender hacking won't be required) and a front lip will be added.
