    I never understand pulling the plug. Get an oil extractor and never deal with mess again.

    3-5k for engine oil is best of you want longevity of the motor. Doesn't matter the car or your of oil. 10k is too long and done as a marketing decision.

    I've been told many times, and generally follow the advice, that when lowering a vehicle the shocks should be be changed as well. This is specifically because shocks are shocks are designed to operated within a defined travel height and modifying the travel causes premature wear / poor...
