New Order - 2025 Lariat FHEV AWD

Walked into the dealer and wound up ordering a 2025 Maverick Lariat FHEV in the Ruby Red Metallic with the 4k tow package and bed extender. First time I have ever ordered a new vehicle (always bought used) and I hope I chose correctly.

Was looking at Mavericks when I bought my Escape but they were way out of my price range at the time (even used!). However the Escape got me in love with the 2.5 hybrid and I really enjoy the power train. Since 2025 was the first year Ford offered AWD with the hybrid I decided to move into the Maverick for a little more room without giving up my gas mileage.

Awesome! Does anyone know how long it takes to get the factory order once they give you a build date? I just got the build start date of March 17 and wonder how long after that they deliver to the dealer. Very exciting. I've ordered a 2025 Maverick Lariat Ecoboost.

At the end of last year, I got mine in 10 weeks. Should faster now.

if you just got the built start date of March 17 then expect it in early to mid May. thing could change since you are getting the EcoBoost and not the insanely popular AWD 4k Tow Hybrid as there are supply constrains on some parts for the hybrid. You could be moved up and built earlier in late February as Maverick production is scheduled for 5 weeks straight before there is a pause. All orders now are Job 2 ( pro trailer assist and hitch assist are 4k tow standards). but yeah I say expect my mid May.

After my truck was built, the tracker showed Shipped the very next day. The dealer received it about 4 weeks later. It sat in a rail yard for 3 of those weeks, before final delivery by truck to the dealership.
