Good afternoon. I have a white lariat hybrid coming in. My first car I had when I was 16 was white and I changed my marker lights to clear instead of red and orange. So I'm wondering if anyone has come across these yet or if anyone else interested in this to keep me in the loop. Thanks!

Why should I violate the law, risk getting a ticket, risk getting sued by someone claiming I caused them to swerve in the wrong direction claiming that those two white lights were kids on bicycles and in fear of killing them he chose to take out a tree or whatever and you should pay for everything!

Wow, that escalated quickly. I did put the correct colored bulbs in on my previous vehicle. I was just asking since I haven't seen anything yet.

The lens would be clear but the bulbs would still show amber.

Odds are no, you wont find clear lenses.

Give the aftermarket time, clear lenses with correct colored bulbs will probably be available eventually.

And I just responded as if you were changing the colors of the bulbs also sorry if I mis interpreted your wording. I would be worried that a colored bulb would concentrate the colored light into a smaller perceived area and more importantly the "clear" reflective lens would reflect white headlights instead of the proper color when your colored lights were off. Perhaps the reflected white light would wash out the color of the bulb even when lit? Not a good idea.

I know what you mean, in my previous vehicle it was reflective and did have to put a brighter bulb then what the factory wattage was.
