A way overbuilt DC distribution setup, mounted under the hood on the passenger side. The drivers side has less space with the horn placement.

The intention here is source power from the battery to feed Diode Dynamics fog lights (with their relay wiring harness), a rear cab mounted Anderston-style PowerPole block, and future projects. Behind the rear seat lives an amateur radio head, air purifier, DeWalt DC battery charger, and USB-C PD chargers.
Within the cab I use APO3 "Automatic Power Off v3" relay that flips on based on battery voltage and has a timeout feature. The IQAir purifier, amateur radio, 6 port USB 3 / QC 3 (96W max) charger, etc are behind this to prevent accidental battery draw.

Pictures show mid install progress... dreading removing the passenger front fender to access the bolt holes

Wow, that's some nice work.

SendCutSend sounds neat. How much was your bracket? What other things have you had them make?

Thanks. They often have special sales or promo codes floating around. This piece was .125" thick 5052 H32 Aluminum that is roughly 12" x 7". It's more cost effective to do multiple pieces; powder coating, bending, etc can add several weeks.

Subtotal: $37.21
Discount (BYTSZD15): ($5.58)
Shipping: FREE
Tax: $3.24
Total: $34.87 PAID

I've mostly used them for 2D brackets, such as Ford Transit power input into the drivers side D pillar.

Wow, that's some nice work.

I'm down the rabbit hole with sendcutsend. Now I'm coming up with new ideas and researching free cad programs.
