FlexBed 12V DC Cover

Can anyone tell me the part number for the plastic cover/wireholders for the two 12 volt Flexbed outlets? I'd like to get a spare or two so I can modify the plastic. I saw that someone had used a 3d printer to make an orange one, but I don't have a 3D printer. The numbers on the back of mine are not readable.

Thank you. Looks like the full part number is:
Plug Blanking - Ford (NZ6Z-13D712-A)
There is also a 13D712 that is oblong and for an F-150.
