Sims orders are Suggested Orders sheets... it gives the dealers that have allocations left a direction on what configurations would be best to build based on current supply chain issues.

I hope I get scheduled on Thursday, I ordered back in July 17 2023, is XL EB, cactus gary with Ford 360, with trailer….. at tindol ford in Gastonia NC, near the big city of charlotte NC….

When I order it, I ask when it be are, they said maybe February…… I still don’t have a schedule production date……. They said hybrid will harder to get, but back Jan and feb, they scheduled a lot of xl hybrid
You won't be scheduled as they are out of the tires. So definitely won't be mid month scheduling... Hoping it will be next month for you! I know the wait sucks! It took me 14 months to get mine!
Hang in there. I ordered an XL EB catcus gray with tow package on July 17th and just recieved my march build date in this last round of emails. They haven't forgotten about us, we are just few. It'll come. Oh and mine is through Autonation Ford in Bellevue, WA.
I was shocked to get a build date last week after seeing the tire shortage. Didn't seem to stop them from scheduling though.

Correct me if I am wrong, but exhausting the availability of the 17-inch A/S tires for the standard XL and XLT while also limiting the BAP, Hybrids, and XLs means Ford is looking for
- XLT EB AWD with the FX4 package (due to the A/T tires instead of the A/S tires)?
- XLT and Lariat Tremors?
- All Lariat configurations?
Yep. If you want quick turnaround, a higher trim EB will do it unless the dealer has no more allocations.
The fact they are starting SIMS is interesting. Means Ford has capacity for orders that aren't being ordered. Immediate turnaround.

Don't feel bad. I've been waiting 16 months and finally have a build date of 2/26/24. That means it will be about 18 months before I get a truck.

I feel your pain, my Maverick is enroute only a few states away. Will be 18 months waiting since first order plus six months waiting to order. Best of luck to those still waiting, hope you all get scheduled soon.
