Do these have the same ride height suspension?

do they have different size wheels or tires?

I have seen many of the FX4 with larger tires. Just curious if I could put larger tires on AWD XLT?

1) Yes

2) Both can option the machined 17" alloy wheels that come with 235/65R17 Falken Wildpeaks which gives about 0.3" extra height

3) You can put just as large aftermarket tires on the plain XLT as the FX4, yes.

I wouldnt put bigger tires on the AWD. It serves no fictional purpose and will cost more to replace and hit gas mileage. It will be only for looks which if you want to lose out on the above and possibly have a reason for dealer to deny warranty work caused by tires then to each thier own.

From owners manual, "Your all-wheel drive vehicle is not intended for off-road use. The AWD feature gives
your vehicle some limited off-road
capabilities in which driving surfaces are relatively level, obstruction-free and otherwise similar to normal on-road driving conditions. Operating your vehicle in conditions other than those, could subject the vehicle to excess stress which might result in damage which is not covered under your warranty."

As describe above stock size tires will be more than enough for what the AWD is designed for.
