They can only be properly adjusted at 2 locations:JPL and ORNL
The boys at SNL might be up for it, but gotta keep in mind it voids the warranty. Though I worked at ARL and wouldn't let some of those people near my truck.

To be fair though, I'm sure adjusting the passenger mirror by sitting, checking the view, exiting the vehicle and going around or reaching across the passenger, and then rinse/repeat until it's correct is going to be such a pain. I can also imagine the frustrated miscommunication if you decide to ask someone to stand outside and help...

Zoomed in on the 360 interior view of the XL on the build you Maverick website and there is no old school manual stick/ball controller. So to those who said you have to physically push on the glass, you are correct.

Here are school luxury car manual side view mirrors that adjusted via manual ball and stick control that protruded through the passenger and driver doors. Yes, these were luxury at one point. It beat getting out of the car to adjust the passenger mirror.

Good one ! Just one more question sometimes I wear sunglasses will the mirrors still work while wearing sunglasses? Or do I need to adjust them for wearing sunglasses ?

It looks like some of the wanna be comedians above aren't familiar with past vehicles that had inside manual controls for non-powered mirrors. Found no pics of Maverick to answer this question. Glad you are having fun though even if not helping.
I apologize I actually had a 52 gmc truck in high school that had manual mirrors it took a while but I finally figured it out and once they were set I drove that old truck for a couple of years .

You must have really long arms to reach the passenger side ,I’m starting to get a little nervous about adjusting manual mirrors,I hope I don’t mess it up also I noticed some objects look bigger in my mirror does Ford make an option that will fix that ?

The rear view mirror fell out of my car a couple of months ago and I have never replaced it. Haven’t looked back since.

I think it was confirmed if you order the Co-Pilot 360 they are powered side view mirrors on the XL, otherwise you have to hand push them into position.
Pretty much a safety requirement IMO, as I can see any normal person sharing the vehicle being too lazy for the trial and error approach of doing laps around the vehicle to adjust the passenger mirror just right.

Luckily that's easily addressed, but the other penny pinching over the cruise control button was also pretty silly. I'd rather have that then the standard cabin filter they were bragging about if we're pinching pennies.

Thank you to everyone trying to help me figure out how to set the manual mirrors ( I almost canceled my Maverick order ) until My Dog Was Maverick told me about the 800 number to have the side mirrors factory set which I plan on doing .
Now another mirror question regarding the rear view mirror I was driving home last night and as I looked in my rear view mirror I saw a big van which said 'Ambulance' on the front with sirens blaring trying to pass me.

Yeah nice try I thought, I'm not moving, it's clearly a fake. The word 'Ambulance' is always written backwards on real ones.
