I have a 3d printer but personally I'd cut this out of thin sheet metal with a jigsaw or an angle grinder + cutting disk, then take it to an HVAC shop or machine shop to bend the 90 degrees on a press brake ...

Yes, a member here printed one out for me this weekend, I will test-fit it when it arrives. I installed the Kicker amp this weekend so look forward to getting the bracket.
