dang, I'd HOPE nothing would go wrong in just 20k miles, or 50k miles, or 75k miles...if not, you got a lemon. Get to 150k miles with no issues and just routine replacement of maintenance parts and then you might have something to crow about.

I will post "no issues" if mine gets to 75k without 1. EVERY car built in the 21st century should make 20k without issues. You are saying you are willing to accept a car that has issues from day 1?

My 2014 F-150 had ZERO warranty repairs and no issues in 155k miles. Battery replacement, tire replacement, plugs at 100k. My 2021 Equinox which I had 2 years and 70k miles had ZERO warranty repairs and no issues other than routine maintenance. My 2023 Silverado that I put 32k on the first year and 37k in 2 years had zero warranty repairs, it did have a recall for a software update to the tiny infotainment system. Not 1 mechanical issue on any of them. My late wife's 2005 Jeep she had for 12 years 35k miles, and her replacement 2017 Jeep had multiple issues from day 1. Both had window leaks, the 2005 had a gas filler failure, the tube separated from the tank!

It is sad that 20k without an issue is cause to celebrate. Reals news SHOULD be only 20k and 1st issue!

You would think that. My 2021 RAV had an issue 2 days after I got it home. Dead 12v battery! Charged it and drove it. 2 days later, same thing. After a trip to the dealer and a software update, no more problems until a recall last year and a round 12" file through a tire. My Mav has been good, so far, except for the current recall. I made 1,000 miles! WooHoo!
