So it is about a month past my build date and I have no updates. I contacted my dealer and he says Jan 24th for delivery. I called Ford and the lady was very nice but had no idea where in the process my truck was. She couldn't figure out when my truck was started or if it was done. She suggested contacting my dealer.

My window sticker has been visible since Dec 17th. There is a blend date of Dec 15th. The Date on the very bottom of the sticker in the center has changed 3 times now. Dec 17th, Dec 24th and Jan 1st

This was yesterday afternoon.

Today my tracker updated showing the vehicle is in production as of Jan 3rd and an estimated delivery of Feb 9th. Also if I follow this:

To the Ford site that populates your Modules being turned on (this lets you know it’s actually built at the factory)
https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt

It shows all of my modules have been turned on. Looks like over 100 of them.

Does this mean my truck just went on the assembly line yesterday? Did it just update because the lady at ford nudged the system? I have heard that the modules being turned on means the truck is built. But that wouldn't jive with the truck going into producing the same day. At what point during assembly do the modules go live? I tried the FordPass app to see if anything is showing, but I get an error that there are service are down.

My dealer has been decent and I don't want to annoy them every day. I am asking every other week. Next Monday I think I will see if they will send a visibility report.

I got my built email 2-3 days after the modules populated.

Thank you! Mine's the same, almost to the day (see my signature, below!). We're in this together.

Man sorry to hear your wait. I am an early August order.
Thanks! Yeah, humourous how we thought placing the order the first week they were taking orders would actually mean something. 🤣

Nothing makes sense. I ordered this truck with spray in bed liner, hard tonneau and everything I wanted besides mud flaps. I ordered another one without these because of constraints figuring I would get it sooner. I am still not scheduled with my second truck without the constraints.

Well, the concern about the SIBL was less of a real concern if you had the LUX package before some point in October when it began to be obvious they wouldn't be able to supply them all. Supply issues, including chips, aren't all Ford's fault. Shipping issues have also been beyond their control to some extent. But communication about all of this was always in their hands.

I have the fordpass app. I entered my VIN number. Yesterday just showed it was a maverick. Today has a link to activate the truck. It didn't work, but it is progress.

At this point I think your almost there( I think?). Had a build date of 12/8 and no activity on modules or Ford app for weeks. Tracker said estimated delivery on 1/12. Modules populated on 12/31 and Ford pass app showed “activate” on same day. Finally got a “built” email on 1/4 for an estimated delivery of 2/10-2/24

Can more than one family member have the Ford Pass app and unlock the same vehicle?

Modules are programmed when its nearly done. Mine sat like that for a couple more days since it needed the spray in liner done. If you had accessories like bed covers or splash guards that would also be after they were programmed. It may send the built email early tomorrow seems like its not real time.

The Ford Pass app now recognizes my VIN#. The Ford tracker still does not show my Window Sticker, but at least I feel like I'm making progress.

When my truck was scheduled the ford tracker did not show my window sticker either.

I following the link on this page. Go to the widower sticker lookup tool link. Erase everything after VIN in the link. Add a = sign then your VIN. I was able to see my window sticker about a week earlier then it showing up through Ford's tracker.
