I am having a very difficult time communicating with my salesman, and if I ever buy another vehicle, it will not be thru him. This is the 3rd and final. I got nowhere when I called him Friday about a few things. I don't imagine he would help with this. I am going to call sales manager tomorrow.
Sorry the above is confusing. The 4 digits I mentioned in the first sentence above would be for the order code, not priority code. Trying to do too much multi tasking.
Okay, after 5 calls to my dealer I finally got a copy, and I am a 10 (well, priority code, anyway; physical appearance maybe a 3... .lol). So that's not the holdup. Arrghh.See if you have a document that looks like this. I was originally priority 19 but had it changed to 10 later after learning about it here.

As getting anything other than empty generalities out of the one and only local dealer has been nigh unto impossible, finally called yesterday just to achieve the piece of mind that I'm extant in the system (ordered August 1, never received a confirmation e-mail).
Oh, I've done that. I have a production week...the only problem is that week has been changed 4 times. I tried to find out if the delay was due to material constraints on my options, but my salesman "assures" me the materials are available if I have a VIN. I just don't understand why the delay, if that's the case. I understand they can't make just my truck, but I've interacted here with 4 or so people with almost my identical build. Statistically, that would seem to indicate there are 3nough builds that it would pay to have a run of that build. I guess my logic is jacked up, because he didn't seem to 7nderstand what I was saying....sigh...
