Where did my 12volt power go?

I have a 2022 XLT hybrid that I picked up in February. As of last week every time I turn off the engine it immediately cuts 12v power to all systems. Remote locks don't work. Radio stops immediately (no staying on until you leave). No interior lights. The battery is good. I can jump start it and drive it but the issue happens every time. Dealer says it could be up to two weeks to fix. I would love any input/advice I could give to the dealer to shorten the repair time at the dealer. Thank you!

Have a look at this thread and several like it. Seems like a somewhat common problem. Good luck, you may have to educate your dealer service dept.

Ford, where is the TSB for this common problem or better yet a recall ?

Pretty sad that folks in this forum know more about it than your dealers.
