Wheels & Tire Recommendations for 2024 XL Hybrid?

I just bought my truck 2 weeks ago and loving it so far. I wanna replace those stock wheels asap, not a fan. I would also love some bigger tires that won't impact my MPG too much as well.

For the record I live in California, so no need for all weather specifics.

I got these Bronco Sport Badlands wheels and tires (Falken Wildpeak AT3W 236/60/17) with 500 miles on them for $300 off Facebook market place.

Sold the original tires/wheels for $250. $50 to swap TPMS so cost $100 for the move.
