What type of adapter to use here (bed outlet)?

it's just an access point, 12V pigtail inside

You should have the matching pigtail in your glove compartment, which you can then wire up to whatever needs 12V power.

You will only be able to run something that uses 12 volts and won't exceed the current of the fuse on that line. But,

Just to excite your neighbors and friends I would put some weird three-prong-looking outlet in there and label it with 240 VAC.
