What screw size for mud guards?

I either didn’t receive or can’t find the hardware, does anybody know the right screw size for mud guards? I‘m stopping at the hardware store for a few things, but don’t have my truck to ensure the right fit.

I used the original grommets and screws ( bolt head 7 mms ) about inch long . front mudflaps all grommets (3 each side ) and back mudflaps ( 2 screws and 2 grommets ) each side . my mudflaps are Ezcarso that I ordered from Amazon .

second picture is modified left rear mudflap to prevent dirt from accumulate in fender/taillight area .
