What is hold status?

So I’ve been tracking my Maverick via the rail system by calling in. Yesterday morning at like 12 am and it arrived in Illinois at the Gateway Yard. Today I called and it says my truck has been placed in hold status.

has anyone gone through this or know what it means? Or know how long it was that way? Thanks!

Your dealer should be able to look up what the hold status is under the vehicle visibility report. There are different reasons. Or maybe not, since it is already on rail?....I am not 100%!

What was the cause of the hold? How long did it stay at Gateway?
