This. The correct process at least for 22 orders was to submit a license copy. They did that to ensure the dealers weren't putting in fake orders. They may have changed it but regardless, YOUR NAME and information goes into the ford corporate system (not the dealer's system) and you should get an email directly from Ford acknowledging your order. If this didn't happen you don't have an order with Ford. Remember, the dealer is a separate and distinct business entity. You dealer is NOT Ford.

Well, I feel bad for you that you're having to deal with this nonsense. To quote a very wise woman, aint nobody got time fo dat.

Hope it all works out. Ford should have a system that lets them take the orders directly and then assign them to the dealer.
