Another reason why I’d never buy one of these overly complex little trucks used.
People that hop it up for more power hammer it.
No way around a shorter engine life.
Cool but it’s not a V-8 from back in the day that’s simple to bore out and re ring.
Mine has plenty of speed and power and will stay stock.

That is very impressive.
I think that not being a V8 from back in the day is an advantage, cost thousands just to get to one horsepower per cubic inch if possible at all, & now in stock form 2 horsepower per cubic inch is amazing, & using 1/3 of the fuel is just a bonus!
