Weird glitch yesterday (fob didn't work)

Wife and I went to movie yesterday. When we got inside and settled in our seats I realized I didn't lock the car. My wife had surgery on her foot so with all the helping her out of truck and onto knee scooter I forgot. I remembered then that I had an app for that! It worked and confirmed the doors were now locked.

After the movie as we approached the mav, I did the remote start sequence and noticed the lights didn't flash. When we got to truck it was not running. I then hit the unlock button and nothing happened. After a minute of pressing the lock and unlock buttons, I gave up and decided to try the app again. It worked and unlocked the doors. Weirdly, after that the fob buttons started working again.

Guess it was just a glitch in the matrix but has anyone else had this happen?

Check your fob battery. To prove this, use your other fob for a while.

Thanks, I'll do that, but my truck was manufactured on April 9th so it's only 3 months old, and the fob is working fine now. I'm also gonna test locking it with app a few times and unlocking with fob to see if it is repeatable.
