Man that sucks but I know the feeling. I drove to another state to pick mine up because the local dealership is awful. I hope you find something reliable and a service department that doesn't handle situations this way. Good luck to you!

But do you actually? lol You asked me the same thing a month ago and I never heard from you again ... I've heard more from people selling me extended warranties than I have from you since I gave you VIN to my car.
