for example busting off a door handle at year 2 21,000 miles
Under the basic 3/36k Everything should be covered correct? Busted off the mud flap covered?

I get the power train warranty
a dead starter means it’s covered

Depends how the things broke. If it was abused not covered. If it was a defective part covered.

Agree ...... must be considered a defective part. Even if a door handle broke off. Mud flap not so lucky if there is indication of a rip or tear.
