Volvo S40 Wheels installed on Hybrid FWD

Replaced my XL steelies with some Factory wheels from a Volvo.

Wheel weights on the inside of the rim had to go they didn't clear the front calipers.

Had to replace the valve stems on the TPS when switching tires.

Rolls great.

Paid 150 at pick n pull. 100 installed and balanced with new rubber valve stems for the tpms'.

Made a Junkyard run. Filled the bed. It's not lined yet so I just cover with cardboard.
About 750lbs load. 2 engines, and misc scrap.

I have Volvo XC90 wheels in the shed to put on my Maverick when I get it next month, although I'm going to be painting them. They are also 17s and look similar to these. Did you use the wheels from Ford or the Volvo. Mine are the Volvo size tire, hopefully they don't cause too much issue. Did you need a spacer at all with the offset difference?

No spacer but it was close to the calipers inside. The Volvo Wheels had sticky weights in that location so that had to be removed and re balanced using just outside wheel weights.

That's good news. These are inside weight balanced, not tape so hopefully I'm good too. Just need to paint them and of course I still need my Mav
