Victron DC-DC 12/24v inverter install in flexbed pockets.

Anyone attempted to wire a heavy gauge wire from the engine bay to the flexbed pockets? I will need to route an 8awg wire pair from the trucks battery across to the opposite side bed pocket. Has anyone discovered suitable access points through the unibody?

This same project is on my to do list. I have a hybrid. There are grommets behind the rear seat to run cable out/under the bed and eventually into the bed storage cubby.

Any location that you know of to bring the cable in from the engine compartment?

Sorry for late reply. There are also grommets in the firewall. Try to make these holes as small/tight as possible or apply sealant afterward.
