Using Owner Direct Certificates

Has anyone been able to use an owner direct certificate? I have contacted Ford on several occasions and have not gotten any answer as to what or how much this 'certificate' is worth. TIA

you can reach out to your dealer they can tell if you provide them with the Cert:# and they can tell you when it EXP and also tellyou the AMT i have one that is 750.00 offf the price of the maverick

It was an offer from Ford. My dealer said it doesn't apply to me?
