Any one who thinks the UAW and Teamsters Union will let this fly. Better hope you get your Maverick soon cause deliveries will come to a complete stop if Ford actually try's this.

True and a clear sign that these unions are the albatross around the neck of America.
Especially now since they are more of a political organisation vs an entity that maximizes wages for their members, ensures worker safety and requires proper training for tasks.

This can get political fast and I just deleted half of my response because it does not uplift the situation and would make some people upset without convincing them otherwise.

But ya they make things way more expensive than they should be.....
