upgrade side mirrors

I searched the forum and didn't find any discussions on upgrading the side mirrors so here I am. I currently have manual mirrors and would like to install power heated mirrors. I found a pair of heated power mirrors on eBay for ~ $200. I know the panel on the driver arm rest has to be changed so I can move the mirrors around. Where is the heater controls located? Is this a super difficult or impossible thing to do? I added the Mabett side marker badge lights pretty easily so is it just a matter of installing a wiring harness and plugging in the new parts? Thanks for indulging me.

There are no wires for the heated mirrors, you’d have to find the right location to connect them to and route them through the door, all the way up to the mirror.
