Understanding driving coach?

I just got my Maverick 2023 Lariat Hybrid about a week ago. Just learning how to drive it & believe I have It down but was wondering someone could help me to understand fully the three driving tips coming from the vehicle coach. Charge-Hybrid-Electric...How should I be interpreting the on screen info on those three things?

Charge = Any time you are braking or coasting
Hybrid = Gas and electric system working together
Electric = Just running on the electric motors
