I have been looking for quality tailgate letters for my Maverick. I've seen on here where many members swear by this companies quality and offer a 10% discount.
I contacted them requested Race Red, placed an order and was told 3-7 business days make and ship. This is their guide line and what I was told when I ordered 9/24. Today 8th buisness day I get an email no explanation other then " sorry for your frustrations. Our products are individually made to order and therefore can take some time to manufacture."
Issued a refund!
Very disappointing!!!!

That’s a lot of upset for a cosmetic item that was one day late. But you may have done yourself a favor by canceling, based on this thread:
