Old man here. I will be getting a Tremor soon and have never really off-roaded. Are there parks or properties around Ohio I can look into. Thanks in advance.

Im from Dayton, live in Hawaii now but I went through Ohio last week and drove past a few of my old spots. Looks like they are all fenced off now. However I did also cruise around and see a few places around some of the rivers that looks good for playing around. Honestly I would go somewhere like Haspin Acres if I lived west of Columbus or Rausch Creek if I lived to the east. Down south there is 2 parks that I cant remember thier names just east of Cincy.

Wayne Natural Forest is/was the best I'm aware of. Was my go to for ATV fun and games.

Don't cause too much of a tremor that sets off a chain reaction in that Tremor LOL. Hope you find a spot and enjoy it. If you were in North Texas, our roads are so bad, you would think you were off roading no matter where you were driving.

WNF, even just in and around the area you will find plenty of washboard roads and fun to get yourself into. Lots of state parks within the WNF footprint.
No, they are not dedicated off road trails and no you won't be 'rock crawling' and yes people over on B6G would make fun of the idea that it is off roading....
But you can have yourself a hell of a great time down there and really get to enjoy what the Tremor can do.
