Tremor/Lariant seats in an XLT?

I have a 2024 XLT with cloth seats. I am not a fan as it has a few stains and cleaning them is a pain. I have been looking at seat covers and I just dont think any of them look good. I found a set of Tremor seats from a wrecked 2024 and I can pick them up for about 500 bucks.

I am thinking this should be a fairly easy install, but has anyone else done this and had any issues? My drivers seat is heated and has power so I am thinking it should be fine.

Any thoughts?

Should be plug & play on the drivers seat but there's an occupant classification sensor in the passenger seat that might need to be reset.
But I doubt it if the cushion or covers haven't been disturbed
