Tremor is making itself comfortable at home

Took delivery Monday on the Tremor.
Already getting some compliments on the unusual color pairing (Atlas Blue w/ Tremor Appearance - Carbonized Gray handles/roof).
And my mods are "in progress" as you can see.

I have noticed a few differences already, but most notable is that the Tremor feels much firmer and beefier than the First Edition in general.
The rest of my mods have to wait until this weekend, but I am definitely having fun and watching people get upset I now have 2 in the driveway

And for those still waiting, I do hope yours gets scheduled and arrives soon. Its well worth the wait!

And some other mod work...
Lincoln Engine cover - removed the Lincoln emblem and used a spare Scott Drake "Powered by Ford" emblem - had to drill some screw holes to screw it on (the top is adhesive backed). And added the hood struts and Steeda bar.

My problem with the struts: after realigning the hood to be perfectly aligned front/rear and sides are dead on even all around, but it won't open right. I tried just about everything I could think of. It just needs a hair more oomph on the spring to open the rest of the way on the 2nd pull of the release.

Happy for you. Sometimes when you have two kids, you have to be careful not to show favoritism LOL. I do not think there is any Maverick that is not enjoyable from the base XL to the fully loaded Lariat. Sure is good to see the two side by side.

If you ever want to sell your handle and mirror caps, I’ll buy them. My XLT Tremor came w/ a textured black version…even w/ the additional appearance package

Talking to my mechanic dude, it makes sense. Some hood struts actually restrict the hood movement so its not as 'free' as it is without them, and in turn it does not get high enough for the 2nd pull to work.

And I like the way you installed it. Will be installing mine the same way now
