Trailer Connector Cleanup Plate

I saw a post awhile back where someone has 3D printed a plate that really cleans up the area around the trailer connector. I have the 4K towing package, so I'd like to find one that fits around both the installed 4 and 7-pin connectors. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It's not a 3D printed part, you just need to buy the blank and then trim the cutouts and fit into place.
