Still not working. I have tried the manual link that was posted above by Bob S and I have tried it on 3 different browsers and they all did the same thing.

Ordered last week 9/8/23 2024 EB XLT 2wd with the tow package and luxury package and was told 6-8 months by my dealer. All I have from Ford so far is an email with a thank you for ordering and we will get back to you with an update in 45 days.
