I called into the dealer this morning to get a better idea of my trucks shipping progress. It was shipped out on Saturday the 25th. So far it has went to AZ -> NM -> TX and back to NM with 2 to 3 different locations in each state. Now I get why it will take so long to get to NE. 🥴

Your dealer actually should be provided the rail car # of your maverick (according to this). I think I remember reading that you yourself may be able to lookup the tracking status if you have that. I can't find the thread about it though.

I read that too on Raptor forums. You call the number depending on the train line, then say the info. The automated system will tell you the last station it went through. When I called in today I got a different guy, he says he doesn't have access to that. I do not believe him. lol. My truck is in mid New Mexico though. It will end up in Omaha before being transported to Lincoln.

Go to the TRACKERS option at the top of this page and read how to track. We aren't supposed to be calling and talking to humans, according to that page. Not sure if that's who you spoke with or what. But the TRACKERS page is very helpful. Good luck! 🍀

The rail car number is on the vehicle visibility report and any sales person can get it and give to you, they just have to look. My salesrep gave me my rail car number as soon as I requested it and I was able to track its movement from the time it left Hermosillo on 01/06, through customs at Arizona onto the Union Pacific to Gateway Yard in Illinois where it was transferred to Norfolk Southern for transport to the rail ramp in Newark, NJ on 01/18. Total time on rail transit was 12 days with 1 day spent at the border with customs and 2 days for the transfer in Illinois. It took another 8 days for it to be trucked the last 36 miles. It was delivered to the dealership on 01/25 and I take delivery of it on Thursday afternoon.

The best rail tracker that I have found to use is Norfolk Southern. It doesn't matter where it is going, since all the railroads computer systems are interconnected and track any rail car anywhere.

At the first prompt Press Option 2
At the second prompt Press Option 2

Enter the rail car initial followed by the # sign ex. TTGX is 8849
At the next prompt enter the rail car number followed by the # sign

So TTGX978711 would be entered as 8849# Then 978711#
