Tracking info -- should I believe dealer or Ford chat?

Received an email from Ford stating my truck will arrive at the dealership between 11/15-11/22, however I did and online chat with Ford and he tracked the rail car and told me that it would arrive 12/14-12/20, who do I believe? Who has had a truck ship to Dallas that has an ETA on when it will arrive? Any help is appreciated.

The dealer likely has more accurate shipping info as that is likely the most important thing they are interested in as they have to coordinate getting vehicles off the truck.
