Towing capabilities affected by Lift Kit?

Ive got a XLT, 4k tow, FX4. Wondering if i did the Eibach or H&R spring lift if it will have any negative affects on my towing capabilities? Whats the better option when lifting the truck for towing.

At the light duty level the Maverick is rated for I wouldnt be concerned. I would re-check any fasnters I touched while lifting it before and after your first heavy tow. While other have with no issue. Staying under the 4k is probably a good idea with a lift.

I think just keeping the tongue weight/angle similar to stock height would be prudent.

Yeah i think i'll wait till there's a 1" - 1.5" all around lift to keep the factory rake for when i tow my boat.

What I meant was using a receiver adapter to keep the trailer tongue at a similar height as it would be stock. I should have made that clear.
