Tonneau, did you order one?

I have a Lariat with Fords hard Trifold cover. It is about a quarter inch too short. Has three rubber seals. Only the end one barely seals on the top of the tailgate. The drivers side actually does not seal for several inches. Installed at factory. Dealer has no solution. Think the specs given to tonneau cover manufacturers is about an inch too short for length. All three seals on mine should sit down on top of tailgate. Only third one just barely seals. Bummer
