I'd check the windshield hoses that pass though the hood. Mine had foam pieces wrapped around that were placed too far from the metal. Hood was scratching the hardline hoses.

The driving experience is...fine. It's on the good end for an economy vehicle. But what's magical is that I'm getting better fuel economy than the FJ or VFR that I'd normally be hauling in the bed, and that's the part that's worth waiting for.
