So my truck was built on Tuesday, talked with my dealer on Wednesday and got a delivery estimate on it, got my "Built" email from Ford this morning, but when I clicked through that email to the Pizza Tracker link, it suddenly shows "Confirmed, your order will be built eventually, etc." -- the same stuff it showed months ago. I have Green Dots still and DATES on everything, but that weird Confirmed header, which I understand others have been thrown by.
But here's the thing, just for the heck of it, I signed into my Ford account (upper right corner of the Pizza Screen) and suddenly everything in the tracker reverted to reality, including a shipped date! If I tried to access the tracker anew, I still get that confounding Order Confirmed, lack of info. So....moral to the story, if you're seeing confusing info on the tracker, you might try then signing into your account (assuming you have one set up) and see if you don't get better info that way. I have no idea why it'd be different, just reporting that it apparently is.
