The Problem: how to carry 16ft material and use a tonneau cover

i was wondering if anyone has put a roof rack level with one of the bed racks / tonneau covers?
is there a over-cab rack for the tonneau cover rails that i cant find?
i am also curious to any other way this has been done or accomplished any other ways.

I carried some 17ft trim through the sliding rear window onto the dash once on my f250, prob work the same on a mav.
