Throwing some more shade on Titus-Will Ford Tacoma

I am hopeful this is a one time thing/flawed windshield/ or that it happened during shipping. I just can't get past Titus-Will not even looking at it after having me make an appointment to bring it in. Doubling down on that by arguing with me and wasting my time.

My new windshield was installed under warranty last week by Korum Ford in Puyallup who also gave me an Escape as a loaner for the day while they had it.

I emailed my concerns to Titus-Will, to this date they haven't bothered to respond nor do I expect them to at this point. What terrible service.

On another note, Mullinax Ford has been emailing me about ordering a 23'. I am not interested in that, but they are taking orders without a deposit.

Just an FYI for those in the area.

if you go into the Ford pass app and click on the service icon and then the warranty icon it even specifically states under "bumper to bumper" - " windshields replaced for stress cracks are limited to 12 months/12 thousand mile coverage" so apparently Titus Will Ford is just a terrible dealer all around for them to say Ford would never warranty a windshied.

OP just for shyts and giggles I'd go back and show them this. Then tell the GM to stick it up his ass along with letting him know the world knows what scumbags they are.

I posted about this on their FB page, Yelp, google, and emailed the Service Department manager. zero replies. They couldn't care at all.
