I wonder how they'd react if I asked for the 4k package but with hitch delete?

The present cooling is more than adequate. Unnecessary complications are bad.

Order it in the color you think you want. Until it is scheduled and/or in production you can change the color. By then you should be able to see examples in the dealer lot.

Why would you delete the hitch? When you resell it the next owner will certainly appreciate it. It is a truck after all.
