Still can’t get in to Ford Pass app

I keep getting this notification when i try to get in the app.i ve been waiting about 3 months for the authorized driver to show upapp worked 2 years ago then quit so thought i would try again.

Who initially setup FordPass for you? Was it your sales person? If you purchased the vehicle used did the previous owner delete their profile from the vehicle and FordPass? Have you tried a master reset on the vehicle?

Delete app then reload it rescan the barcode on the door nameplate basically start over
