With shipping an unknown (and more expensive every day),No tires, just steelies and center caps. I have no idea how much they weigh and no scale big enough to find out.

Have you thought about having someone ceramic coat you rims?
I have them done to all mine since my 15. My 15 rims have all the usual corrosion. My 17 rims that are coated have zero.
Get your good rims for the whole year not just half.
